Many people are affected by mental health and substance abuse problems. You, a family member, or another person close to you may have problems. The sooner help is sought for problems, the easier it is to manage them.

Help is available in many places. You can contact for example Service advice (Palveluneuvonta, formerly Kotitori), the Social and Health Care Centre, School and Student Health Care or the Child Health Centre.

Service advice is a guidance and counselling point that also helps with mental health and substance abuse issues.
