Cancellations and changes

The whole or a half of the surgical laboratory

Cancellation

• Cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to the reserved date: no fee
• Cancellation no later than 4 weeks prior to the reserved date: 50 % of the fee
• Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the reserved date: 100 % of the fee

Downsizing the surgical laboratory reservation does not cost anything to the client if the client informed TSEC about the changes 8 weeks before the event, at the latest. If the surgical laboratory reservation is downsized 4–8 weeks before the event, 50 % of the difference in the reservation fees will be charged. If the downsizing occurs less than 4 weeks before the event, 100 % of the difference in the reservation fees will be charged.

Changes in the schedule must be made no later than 4 weeks before the training event.

Cancellations and changes must be made in writing by sending an email to the tsec@pirha.fi.

Series reservation

The client must use all four stations in 6 months from the first training session, unless otherwise agreed. The individual dates must be confirmed at least 4 weeks before the sessions. The reservation of a single session can be altered or cancelled until 2 weeks before the planned date, otherwise the training session is considered being utilized even if the client would not use the reservation.
