Digital Clinic is used by typing using chat messages. You can also attach pictures to the conversation and, if necessary, a video connection can be opened during the conversation.
In Digital Clinic, your contact will always be answered by a healthcare professional.
If your matter cannot be resolved in the Digital Clinic, the professionals of your social and health centre will continue your treatment.
Customer fees
Visiting the Digital Clinic costs the same as visiting a health and social services centre. The assessment of the need for treatment and the nurse's remote appointment are free of charge, the normal appointment fee is paid for the doctor's remote appointment.
